I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I even got upgraded to a better room. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's location was great, especially for someone on a budget or needing to be close to transportation options.
All was perfect.

Great location near plenty of dining options. Comfy beds and soft pillows. Enjoyed the amenities like the in-room safe and daily free water and fruit. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast with a nice variety. Quick and affordable laundry service.
Noise travels in the hallways, making it difficult to sleep. Inconvenient room change in the morning, resulting in a noisy windowless room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was remarkable - with prices starting at just $35 USD, I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thirdly, the location was perfect - situated on the river and close to the old quarters of Hanoi, I had the best of both worlds with a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the city. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and spacious, with some even offering a balcony or window to admire the beautiful surroundings. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a great way to start the day.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The staff are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and offer great value for money, especially considering the fact that some even come with a balcony or a window. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate is a nice touch.
While there were some noise complaints from other guests, I personally didn't experience any disturbances and had a peaceful night's sleep.
